Thanks for visiting my website. My name is David Fitzpatrick and I’m an ADI approved driving instructor.
I started my business in 2000 and I am fully qualified to give tuition’s in one to one driver training lessons to learners from the age of 17 years and upwards in categories B (Car), BE (Car and Trailer), C (Rigid Truck) and CE (Articulated Truck).

Want To Tow A Trailer? Read This First!
If you want to tow a trailer with a gross vehicle weight of more than 750kg, you are required by law to hold a full ‘BE’ licence.
In recent months the law is really being enforced. In fact the Gardai are now actively pursuing vehicles towing trailers on the road and checking that the driver is in possession of the correct licence – without this correct licence (category BE), you are not insured and could be prosecuted.
Your category ‘B’ (Car) driving licence only covers you to drive a vehicle up to 3,500kg & trailer up to 750kg. This licence allows you to tow trailers, horse boxes, cow boxes, caravans, boats etc.
Trailer Lessons Limerick supply a Jeep and box trailer which is available for tuition and your driving test.
Trailer Lessons are charged at €60.00 per hour. The Hire of a Jeep and Trailer for your Driving Test costs €180.00.
